What
is the International Supplier Network?
The
International Supplier Network (ISN) is a central resource
that contains information about companies from around
the world.
What
information is contained in the ISN?
The
ISN contains general company information such as date
of incorporation, services and goods provided and key
locations. It also contains information about a company's
legal history including outstanding disputes, key officers
and trading history. Other information is also gathered
and used to produce an ISN Rating.
How
does the ISN work?
Every
company within the ISN has a unique serial number. It
allows prospective companies to query and register your
company via their own procurement systems. Procurement
systems such as Ariba can be used to link directly into
the ISN making vendor registration almost instant.
How
long does it take to register with the ISN?
Online
applications are processed within 2 business days. In
circumstances where a company has created a local version
of the ISN it may take up to 4 weeks to appear, depending
on the update cycle.
How
much does it cost to register a company in the ISN?
It currently costs £115 per year for a single company
registration.
